Salvador Cortez Student Series classic guitar CC-06

The Salvador Cortez Student Series classic guitar CC-06, with the SKU CC-06-SN, is a top choice for beginners looking to embark on their musical journey. Crafted with precision and care, this classical guitar offers a warm and round tone that is perfect for those starting out. The durable satin finish not only adds a touch of elegance but also ensures longevity and resilience.

Belonging to the category of classical guitars with nylon strings, the CC-06 is ideal for novice guitarists as nylon strings are easier to play compared to the steel strings found on western guitars. The cedar top of this guitar guarantees a quick response and adds a subtle percussion element to your playing. Cedar is a popular choice for beginners due to its tonal qualities and ease of playability.

One standout feature of the CC-06 is the presence of an adjustable truss rod, a feature commonly found in higher-priced classical guitars. This truss rod allows for easy adjustments to the string height, ensuring optimal playability and comfort. Your dealer can quickly adjust the truss rod during regular maintenance to keep your guitar in top condition.

Specifications of the CC-06 include a cedar top, agathis back and sides, black walnut fingerboard and bridge, a scale length of 650 mm, a dovetail neck joint, dual-action truss rod, and a satin finish. The guitar also features a top nut width of 52 mm, 12th fret neck width of 62 mm, and string spacing of 44 mm at the nut and 61 mm at the bridge. The body dimensions include an upper bout width of 288 mm, waist width of 248 mm, lower bout width of 371 mm, body length of 484 mm, body depth of 100 mm, and a soundhole diameter of 88 mm. The CC-06 comes equipped with Savarez 500 AJ strings.
