We use An post couriers and send out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for delivery.

It is of the up most importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.

Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:

Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel. (This can be you or a friend or family member)

 

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive damaged or late or on the very rare occasion it may not arrive at all…. If this is the case, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is sent ASAP with minimum hassle for you, and that or course you will get a full refund for any postage you have paid.
