Strings Attached\u00a0have partnered with Nightline Couriers for delivering your orders safe and sound.\u00a0We offer free delivery on orders over \u20ac50 and orders below \u20ac50 it\u2019s \u20ac5..<\/span><\/p>\n

Nightline<\/b><\/span> offer great technology which allows us to track and trace your parcel every step along the way right from when the parcel is picked up at our Warehouse until it is signed for at your door.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nightline will also text you on the day of delivery and again when they\u2019re within a short distance of your delivery address. If the order is made before 3.00pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nightline Couriers do not deliver on the weekend or on a bank holiday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery Notes<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

It is of the up most importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:<\/span><\/p>\n

Provide your most updated Mobile or Telephone Number.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your most recent email address<\/span><\/p>\n

Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel. (This can be you or a friend or family member)<\/span><\/p>\n

Arrange to have your delivery sent to your workplace
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive damaged or late or on the very rare occasion it may not arrive at all\u2026. If this is the case, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is sent ASAP with minimum hassle for you, and that or course you will get a full refund for any postage you have paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged \u20ac9.95 if we make a collection on their behalf.<\/span><\/p>\n

In no way can Strings Attached\u00a0or Nightline be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel..<\/span><\/p>\n
