Tanglewood TWT-1 Soprano Ukulele
The Tanglewood TWT-1 Soprano Ukulele exudes excellence from every ounce of its satin finish, demonstrating that you can get superb quality in an affordable instrument. Part of the Tiare series, this uke is heavily influenced by Polynesia and it captures the essence of the South Pacific, meaning you'll be in the presence of truly authentic beauty.
Crafted from mahogany and featuring a luscious eboncore fretboard, the soprano uke sends magnificent sound soaring from its nylon strings. You'll have a wondrous balance of warmth and punchiness, whilst still being granted the lively jangle that ukes are renowned for.
A magical mahogany build
A mahogany top. There's no better tonewood for a magnificently immersive tone. And when it’s complemented by mahogany back and sides, you know you'll have an abundance of warmth and resonance to lose yourself in. Mahogany emphasises midrange frequencies for a brilliantly balanced sound that lends itself to a range of playing styles whilst its punchy sonic qualities will give your sound some oomph. Better still, mahogany holds ever-growing potential. Its sound becomes tighter with age, giving you delicious definition, infinite possibilities, and a lifetime of exquisite playing. Complementing the body is an eboncore fretboard for a seamless, silky-smooth playing experience.
The ideal starter
Your instrument will always stay secure and protected when on the road, and then when you're ready to play, easily tune up without any hassle. You'll be ready to deliver magnificent sound, anytime, anywhere.
